The products benefit from warranty according to the conditions presented in the Warranty Certificate.

If the service center finds that the defect was due to the customer's fault, or it does not qualify as a warranty repair - according to the specifications in the warranty certificate - a repair estimate will be drawn up which will include the value of parts, labor and transport costs.

In order to carry out the repair for a fee, the customer must give his/her approval within 5 working days from the communication of the estimate by the Service Center.

If the estimate is accepted, the details of the payment will be agreed.

Otherwise, it can be considered a refusal, and the product will be returned and can be picked up by the customer only after the payment of the related costs (transport and finding).
