Warranty / post-warranty repair services are performed through a national network of partner companies authorized by Rotakt as service centers.

There are two categories of service centers:

1. TOTAL SERVICE (ST) - centers that repair any Rotakt product, regardless of the buyer's source of purchase.

2. SERVICE (S) - centers that repair only Rotakt products sold by these companies. 

If the purchased product has technical malfunctions, please follow the procedure below:

Warranty repairs

1.Refer to the user manual to check if the malfunction is due to improper use and can be remedied by following the specifications in the manual or the technical recommendations available on www.rotakt.ro

2.If the malfunction persists, please read carefully the warranty conditions presented in the Warranty Certificate and choose the most convenient of the following options:

2.1. Contact and hand over the product, directly, to the nearest Service Center considering its category (ST or S). 

It is recommended that the customer hands over the defective product directly to the service center because:

→ the product will be immobilized in service for a significantly shorter time to remedy the defect (repair can be performed on the spot or, as a rule, in maximum 3 working days). 

→ any possible additional transport costs will be avoided in case the repair of the product cannot be done without costs. (defective product does not meet the conditions stated in the warranty certificate, replacement of accessories and / or consumables – filters, spark plugs, oil).

2.2. Contact and hand over the product to the SELLER from whom you purchased it, who has the legal obligation to ensure the repair of the defect.
